The trick to this job was to get the approval of the portraits and
the
painting past the mother of Brooke Shields. If you will recall,
Brooke's
mother was, shall we say, in control of her daughters career at that
point
of her life and she had a reputation of being very particular.
While
the studio demonstrated great concern over this Drew was the one who
had
to perform. As usual he did an exquisite job and it was no
surprise
that it was easily approved by Brooke and her mom with no
problem.
It should be noted that the stars usually have approval of their
likeness'
in their contracts and Drew has never had a problem getting that
approval.
I wonder why?
