Pinocchio
Fun Pak #1
This was a game for which Drew did the game board design. It
came
in four pieces which had to be collected to get the whole board.
The job was a "tie-in" with the new release of the film to theaters
back
in 1988. It was commissioned by Con Agra for their "Kid Cuisine"
meals. Drew painted the game board in four sections like they
would
be collected, plus another piece of art of just the characters to
be used on the cards as part of the game. He painted it all in
the
style of the original film so that it had an authentic look. Drew
had a good time doing it and Disney really liked it. Besides, it
was his son's favorite film when he was a child and now Drew finally
got
to enjoy it too, never having seen it when he himself was a child.
